Associate Memberships:

An Associate Member shall be any organization interested in supporting quality end-of-life care in Illinois based on the philosophy of hospice care.

Individual Memberships:

Join as a hospice individual member
A Hospice/PC Individual Professional Member shall be any individual working in the hospice or palliative care field interested in supporting quality end-of-life care in Illinois based on the hospice philosophy.
